Enrollment to finalize for more that 6 days

Good day,

I have submitted my order after I got enrolled 6 days ago and my enrollment has not been finalized yet? Please assist. my enrollment id is 78TSDMJKYB. I have sent a email for support but did not get any feedback. After the order was submitted I received a email that it will be finalized within 2 business days.
