After a 2.3.2 rejection (two promoted subscriptions had identical display name + description), I withdrew the review submission to edit the subscription metadata. The app version moved to "Developer Rejected," but both auto-renewable subscriptions stayed stuck in "In Review."
There is no active review submission attached to them anymore, yet:
The subscription metadata (display name / description) is locked / not editable. There is no "Remove from Review" control on the subscription page or the version page. The version page no longer shows an "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section. Has anyone hit this orphaned "In Review" state? Is there a developer-side way to release a subscription from review, or is contacting Developer Support the only path? Appreciate any pointers, I'm on a deadline.
