Enrollment case open 5+ weeks with no response — how to escalate?

Hello,

I'm an individual developer trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. My enrollment case (ID 102885087938) has been open since May 3, 2026. I've sent five emails to Apple Developer Support, and my most recent message from May 26 has had no reply for 12 days — even though the stated response time is 2 business days.

The only contact option available to me for Program Enrolment is email; there is no chat or phone option shown for this topic.

Has anyone experienced an enrollment case stuck like this? Is there a way to escalate it or reach a senior advisor? Any advice would be appreciated.
