Preparing background asset for app review

I have finished a new app that integrates Apple hosted background asset. I have tested and confirm that the assets are downloaded both locally and with a TestFlight build.

App review is not able to access the background assets. I can see that the assets are updated with status "accepted". But app review is running into error "A server with the specified hostname could not be found.". These are Apple Hosted Assets. Did I miss any configuration?

Hello, @iami2! We’ll look into the issue that you’re facing. If you have a feedback ID or a case ID with Developer Technical Support, then please mention it here in this thread. It would also be helpful if you could specify the specific app that you submitted to review. Thanks!

I have a similar problem but haven't got as far as @lami2. I have an app on the app store that I have expanded to multi-platform. Anticipating a larger audience (;-) I thought I'd try to use Apple Background Assets. I can get the app versions to work with my hosted assets. Local server hosting ran into a certificate issue with the local cert. I thought I should upload the assets to the Apple server and try testing with TestFlight. All the versions work with TestFlight except I don't have the relevant Apple URL. The asset packs are all uploaded and ready for internal testing. As I expected the error I'm seeing when app tries to access assets is 'A server with the specified hostname could not be found.' Can someone point me to the Apple server URL. Thanks, David BTW the app name is Pharmacy Tutorials
