App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over a week

Our app has been in "Waiting for Review" status for more than a week, and our previous submission also took over a week to be reviewed. This delay is affecting our planned release schedule.

I completely understand that the forum is intended for App Review Guidelines questions, and I apologize for posting here. The reason I did is that I have already tried every recommended channel without success:

  1. I contacted Developer Support by email 2–3 times and received no reply (Case ID: 102928120603, Case ID: 102917728984).

  2. I called Developer Support, but I was told this is not the App Review team, so they were unable to help with the review status (Case ID: 102921817522).

  3. I submitted an Expedited App Review Request 2–3 times. The requests were accepted, but the review status has not changed and nothing appears to have moved forward.

Has anyone else been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over a week recently with no response from Developer Support or expedited requests?

Our app (Nhật Luân Kiếm, App ID 6777269196) has been waiting 7+ days with no Resolution Center messages and no movement, despite multiple support cases and expedited requests.

Seeing several similar threads this year, so I suspect it's a broader backlog - but if anyone found something that actually helped move their review forward, or if an Apple staff member could point me to the right team, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. My app update is not entering the review process at all. Although the tvOS and macOS versions of the same app have already been approved, the iOS version is still waiting for review.

Unfortunately, since all platforms share the same sync state, iOS users are currently unable to benefit from these updates, and this is causing a lot of problems.

Same here. I’ve been waiting for App Review for 20 days now. The previous update was approved in about 2 days.
