IAP product stuck "In review"

Hi,

I have added a new IAP product (non-consumable) to my app and submitted it together with an app update. The app update got reviewed and published, while the IAP product is stuck "In review" for days. Meanwhile my app users could not buy the product.

I canceled the IAP and submitted a new version of the app. Again the same.

I contacted the Apple developer support - no reply, ticket still open for days.

I requested an expedited app review and explicitly said to review the IAP item. App got reviewed within hours, IAP still "In review".

I get emails from my users complaining that they cannot buy the IAP product and I have no way to get it published.

What can I do? Best regards,

There is no way of anyone knowing what you have done wrong since you don't show a single screenshot. I had no trouble installing subscription plans to an existing iOS app, I think, in February or March of this year.
