Hi all, Since the 23/07 my app is with the same status "pending review" for the "La législation sur les services numériques". It's a free app with no in app purchase, does anyone already issued this kind of problem ? Is it normal that it takes so long when your app is OK and available in other countries ?

What type of app is it ? Being free does not mean it has not to obey to local regulations.
In which country do you have an issue ? France ? Spain ? OK in which countries ?
Do you use encryption ?

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I am based in Spain and I need the app to be available in the EU (Spain, Belgium, France, …). There is nothing speiCal in the app and i gave to Apple all the info they asked. And since then no news. PS:Yes i saw that, but impossible to erase one of the two post.
