Imagine spending years building something while balancing a full time job, your family, and everything else life throws at you. You invest thousands of dollars you don’t really have, work with a development team, sacrifice your savings, push bills back, and even go without eating at times just to keep your dream alive.
Then, after all of that, you finally reach the starting line. You’re ready to launch the app you’ve spent years building.
But instead of moving forward, everything comes to a halt because your developer account is sitting in identity verification, not because you forgot to submit something, but because no one has even reviewed the documents you already provided.
After numerous phone calls, multiple emails, and doing everything you’ve been asked to do, you get… nothing. No updates. No timeline. No response.
Can you imagine going through all of that only to miss your launch window because no one will review something as simple as an ID verification? Or having to somehow come up with thousands more dollars to keep your development team working while you’re stuck waiting on a process completely outside your control?
