Title: Anyone else seeing long "Waiting for Review" times this week? Update stuck since July 23 for a simple update

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask whether others are experiencing unusually long review waits right now. An update to our app Postcall (Apple ID 6756277842, version 1.5.32, build 49) has been sitting in "Waiting for Review" since July 23, 2026 and has never moved to "In Review." The submission is version 1.5.32, build 49. This not a new app and it has been live on the AppStore for a while.

This is our 11th update to this app, and every previous submission moved to "In Review" and got a decision within 24 hours, so this is well outside anything I've seen before. It's a routine update, and there are no messages in the Resolution Center and no requests for additional information.

One thing that's different this time is that it's our first submission after completing the new social media questions in the age rating questionnaire. I'm curious whether anyone else who recently answered those is seeing longer waits, or whether this is just general queue volume.

Has anyone been through this recently? Is there anything worth doing beyond waiting and contacting support?

Just sharing my experience: I have two apps. My more popular app has been waiting for review since July 24, and I've been looking at the forums because it's frustrating waiting so long. I submitted an update for my other (less popular) app yesterday and it was reviewed in under 24 hours. I didn't notice any differences in review time after answering the social media questions, so I don't think that's related. It's all a black box to me, though.

I've contacted support, but it hasn't been long since I contacted them and I haven't heard back yet. I've been tempted to request an expedited review, since that's always worked well in the past, but expedited reviews are supposed to be for critical fixes or extenuating circumstances.

I have one app waiting since the 19th and one waiting since the 22nd. I submitted an update for my main app a few days ago and it was approved in 8 hours.

Same here, looks like I’m not the only one. However, I submitted a couple days ago, been waiting less thank you.
