TestFlight builds complete processing but can't test them

My latest TestFlight build has processed, and normally it pretty much immediately becomes available for testing. But today it's just been hanging, now for over an hour, with no 'Groups' column or any way of assigning it to a group. The status column shows the 'expiring in X days' text but no 'Ready to test' or 'Testing' text. It's almost like it's stuck in limbo. Anyone else having issues?

The same for me

Same issue here

Having issues too. My builds complete normally in Xcode cloud, but the deploying to internal testflight stage normally takes a few seconds, but they've been running for >1 hour now and no deploy. Blocker for me right now.

Same issue

I am having the same issue - following this thread in the hopes that someone knows how to resolve.

I experience the same here :(

Having the same issue, I think this is a fault on Apple's end. Awaiting an update.

Having issues too. My build is processed successfully and the processing-complete email has been received. However, the build never gets Beta Build Details. In App Store Connect the build only shows "Expires in 90 days", there is no Test Information / Metadata tab, and it cannot be added to an Internal Testing group

Same here, and it's blocking me completely.

What I'm seeing:

  • Builds process fine and show "Expires in 90 days", but never reach "Ready to Test" or "Ready to Submit"
  • No Groups column and no way to assign a build to a tester group
  • The Add button is greyed out from both the group page and the build detail page
  • I also cannot expire builds any more

What I've tried, none of which helped:

  • Created a brand new internal group with "Enable automatic distribution" unticked, then tried to add the build to it. Add still greyed out.
  • Uploaded additional builds with incremented build numbers

In my case it started right after I manually expired an older build that had active testers, so I initially assumed I'd broken something myself. Seeing the reports here, it looks like the same underlying issue rather than anything account specific.

Developer system status is still showing everything green.

Boosting.

same thing here too

Same here, builds won't auto assign tester group, so it's impossible to test those builds in Testflight

Same issue here

same here

same here got email passed, just tf Expires in 90 days

Having the same issue

Same here. Joined the developer program a couple of days ago, so great start for a paid service...

Our company is facing the same issue. After App is built and uploaded to the testFlight apps don't get assigned groups, can't download them in the testFlight, can't do anything with them. Blocking entire testing workflow and release workflow.

I am personally seeing several other errors today, with user access management, viewing distribution tab in appstoreconnect gives error sometimes(but resolves on a refresh). But testFlight app processing issue is the most important to fix.

same here...

same issue here

the same

Same any recent builds since this morning show a status of test flight approved, but I can't assign any testers to them. My previous builds from 2 days ago all show the ability to add and remove testers. This is completely blocking development testing.

Same issue here. Apple changed the UI today and it’s not working anymore. Builds show up, but radio buttons to select them don’t work. Very clumsy.

Looks like they're starting to go through now

Fixed for already uploaded builds, not for new ones.
