Hi,
I've been stuck in "In review" (ID: SXWY4C77LB) for over 3 weeks, and my app is set to launch this month. My developers are using their personal accounts but need to transfer things over to my account now that we are nearing the end of development.
I have requested callbacks and waited over 2 hours each time with no answer. I have submitted emails with no response.
Does anyone know what's going on with support? Can someone at Apple please assist? Thank you!
