Help with App Review - Stalled?

Good morning,

I'm hoping someone can help or at least get me pointed in the right direction.

I originally submitted my iOS app for review mid July. There was originally some back and forth with minor rejections for meta data etc.

On July 27th the app was rejected for 1 technical issue and 1 metadata related issue.

Both have been resolved and a new build was submitted along with detailed messaging on July 28th.

Since then, radio silence, no messages back from App Review, no status changes from "Waiting for Review"

I've emailed twice and although it promises a reply in 24-48 hours I've been waiting for a week.

I've now missed a major event/festival that I hoped to showcase the app at.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to either request a callback or to an email address that is more likely to get me a response?

I just want to know what the hold up is.

Many thanks,

Jay

I am in a similar boat but with unfortunately a much longer time frame than yours. I submitted on 7/10, reviewed/rejected 7/16 for clarification on 4 items. I responded right away with detailed explanations the same day (7/16). Radio silence since then.. it's now day 20 with no response from App Review. I have talked to 3 different agents with developer support who all have sent messages to the App Review team. Not sure what else to do

Still sat waiting in the queue and genuinely don’t know what to do. Should I cancel the submission and re-submit.

do the app review team read these boards?

Since mid July, it seems wait times for app reviews are taking a long time that's difficult-to-tolerate. It used to take 24-48 hours, now it's taking a week or more. I wish Apple would provide some indication for where in the queue we're at or how long to expect.
