It has been a week since we submitted our app update, and the app is still in Pending Review.
We previously contacted Apple Support regarding this issue and received a case ID via email. However, we have not received any response or update on the status of our case. We also could not find any place to track the case using the case ID that was provided.
To let you know, you are not alone. Same here, contacted support, wrote in Forums and still no answer. I am waiting for more than 14 days. I removed the build and submitted a new one, and that one is waiting for 5 days right now. Something is very broken in the AppStore.
Same for me, it's been 21 days already. It's honestly so frustrating to see other apps being approved in just 3 days
