I have been waiting a week since I initially posted my app for review. since then there have been no emails, updates, or progress. I tried sending an email through the contact us page in App Store Connect with no response. I even tried calling and I sat on hold waiting for someone to pick up for 4 hours before I had to get off.

Is there anyone from the review team that actually reads the Forums or can help people with information? I have tried calling and waited on the phone for 4+ hours for no one to ever pick up. I have sent emails with over a week of silence.

It moved on to "In Review" 10 minutes after my own reply to the original post. 9+ days total, but we finally moved forwards.
