Hello Apple Developer Support, I am unable to sign in to App Store Connect through the web. I receive the following error: “Failed to verify your identity. Try again.” I have tested this on:
Safari
Google Chrome
macOS Sequoia 15.7.7
MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2018
However, I am able to successfully sign in to the App Store Connect app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max using the same Apple Acco
unt.
This suggests that my Apple Account and credentials are working, but the App Store Connect web authentication is failing.
Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my App Store Connect web access or identity verification?
I can provide screenshots and any additional information required.
