Unable to access my Team after additional identity verification despite an active membership

I have used the Apple Developer Program without any issues for about two years, and my membership is still active.

On July 1, Apple contacted me requesting additional identity verification. I uploaded the requested documents on the same day.

About two weeks later, I lost access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles and other Team-related resources.

I can still access App Store Connect and successfully submit, pass review, and release updates for my existing apps.

However:

  • My Team is unavailable in Xcode, so I cannot build and run apps directly on a physical device.
  • Signing and provisioning do not work normally.
  • I have to upload builds to App Store Connect and use TestFlight just to test them on a real device.
  • I cannot properly create or configure resources for new apps.
  • CloudKit shows “No Container,” so I cannot manage CloudKit containers.
  • This also makes development and testing of SwiftData / CloudKit-related changes difficult.

After submitting the additional documents, I received an email saying that I would be contacted within two business days, but I have received no further update.

I also contacted Apple Developer Support by phone, but they only told me that the identity verification is still in progress and that they cannot provide any additional information.

Has anyone experienced the same issue after additional identity verification?

If your Team access was eventually restored, how long did it take?
