Guideline 5.2.3 appeal — no response since the 18.08, self-drafted Letter of Ownership

Hello everyone,

My app has been rejected three times under Guideline 5.2.3 due to a “legal” issue, without Apple ever specifying exactly what documents they wanted from me. After reading about this on a blog, I ended up drafting a letter of ownership myself and submitted it as part of my appeal.

Since the 18th, I haven’t received any response from Apple - no updates, no feedback, nothing.

Has anyone else been through this kind of situation (a rejection without a clear specification of what I need to provide, followed by having to draft the ownership letter myself) or experienced a similar delay after filing an appeal? I’m curious if this is normal or if I should look for a solution. What recommendations do you have?

Thanks in advance.

Is this regarding proof of ownership of your company? Or something else?

An obvious suggestion, but one that's helped me out a lot: Chat with Claude by copying in the communication you have received from Apple. It's a good way to cut through the vague language and get a clear plan of action
