Little stuck here, my app shows it should be the App store, but I'm getting errors when viewing in store.

The app was reviewed and approved several days ago, but not showing up.
What am I doing wrong here? Primary langiage is English (U.K.), but localisation is set for The Netherlands, Germany and Norway..
I'm in The Netherlands so I would expect the app to show up in the Dutch App store?
