My app has been under review for 17 days, ive attempted to email and phone support with no luck

Hello Apple Review Team,

My app, SaveOnEd, version 0.4.18, has remained in “Waiting for Review” for 16 days and has never progressed to “In Review.” I’ve confirmed the following:

  • The app was successfully submitted.
  • There are no messages or unresolved issues in App Store Connect.
  • The required metadata and screenshots are complete.
  • The build is attached correctly.
  • There are no visible compliance or agreement warnings.
  • I have already contacted Apple Developer Support regarding the review status.

Could someone from the App Review team verify that the submission is correctly queued, or let me know whether any action is required from me? I have not withdrawn or resubmitted the build because I don’t want to restart its position in the review queue. Thank you for your assistance.

There are many similar reports of delays. Many have been delayed for more than 16 days.

There's no reason to think there's any problem with the queued status of your submission.
