People have been abusing TestFlight's trusted distribution to distribute apps.
Apple needs to improve their automated testing and maybe get human reviewers involved. Even a glance at the name or logo would raise flags.
This comes from official Apple's testflight email, the logo, name is all Trademark ripoff.
