I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program from Kosovo, but I am unable to complete the payment.
Every time I try to complete the purchase, I receive the following error:
“We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue when we processed your order. An invalid value '1549' was provided for State, Province, or Region.”
My details are:
Country/Region: Kosovo State/Province/Region: Kosovo Region (selected from the available dropdown option)
I have checked and re-entered my information multiple times, and everything appears to be correct. However, I receive the same error every time I try to complete the payment.
I have also seen other developers from Kosovo reporting the same issue with the “1549” State/Province/Region value.
Has anyone from Kosovo managed to solve this issue or found a workaround?
I would really appreciate any help or advice, as I need to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment to publish my apps.
