Hello everyone,
I'm currently experiencing significantly longer than usual review times for both a new app version and a Custom Product Page, and wanted to check if others are seeing similar delays recently.
New app version:
- [Sep 5] Submitted for review
- [Sep 10] Sent expedited review request
- [Sep 13] Still "Waiting for Review" (8 days, no update since the expedite request)
Custom Product Page:
- [Aug 31] Submitted for review
- [Sep 2] Moved to "In Review"
- [Sep 13] Still "In Review" (11 days and counting)

The new build is especially urgent on our side, it fixes a critical bug at onboarding that's currently causing a lot of users to drop off before they even get into the app, so every extra day in the queue has a real cost for us.
What's confusing is that I see other apps in the same category getting approved during the same/ less timeframe, so I'm unsure whether this is:
- A broader review backlog
- A regional queue issue
- Or something specific to my account/app
I’m just hoping to understand whether this is a widespread situation at the moment.
If anyone has experienced similar delays recently, I’d really appreciate hearing about your timeline or any insights you may have.
