Does anyone know why I'm having this issue. I am uploading screenshots that worked fine a week ago in my last approved submission, yet they just disappear when I go to upload them in my new version.

I've tried everything I can think of and google hasn't been helpful either. The image is not being rejected and it worked fine last week. The upload just spins and then the screenshot goes away, It is just disappearing and won't upload. No error message.

A few people on reddit told me they are having the same issue.

Currently? What you're describing is normal behaviour for the past 15 years or so.

Do you need new screenshots? If not, keep the old ones. Screenshots are a Big Deal and huge time sink. If you don't really need new ones, don't do them.

If you do need new screenshots, then you just have to live with App Store Connect. It's always been very fragile. Clear your caches. Close all browser tabs. Close all browsers. Restart. Try a different time of the day. Try a different day. Try a different browser. Try a different computer.
