My app was rejected under Guideline 1.1 - Safety - Objectionable Content, flagged in the app metadata (not a binary issue). I updated the public App Store Description to remove wording that seemed like the most likely trigger, then asked App Review for confirmation before resubmitting, but the response was a boilerplate message that didn't confirm whether the edit addressed the issue.
Has anyone had success getting App Review to confirm which specific text in the metadata triggered a Guideline 1.1 flag, or is it trial-and-error on the wording? Any tips on how to get more targeted feedback in this situation would be appreciated.
