Expedited Review Granted but No Response for 7 Days After Replying to Guideline 2.1 (App ID: 6815054408)

Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review Team,

I'm reaching out here because my new app submission has been stuck for a week and I haven't been able to get an update through the standard channels.

App ID: 6815054408

On September 28, 2026, I received a "Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed" message and replied with the requested information in App Store Connect the same day. Since then, there has been no further response and no change in status.

On October 4, 2026, I requested an Expedited Review, which was granted. However, more than 24 hours later, the review still has not moved forward.

I have not withdrawn or resubmitted the app to avoid further delays.

Could an App Review Team member please check whether my reply to the 2.1 request was received, and whether the submission is stuck for a technical reason? If my reply was incomplete, I'm happy to provide any additional information right away.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I’m experiencing almost exactly the same situation.

I also received a Guideline 2.1 – Information Needed request on September 28 and replied with the requested information the same day. Since then, I haven’t received any further response from App Review.

I requested an expedited review on October 1, which was granted, but the review has still not moved forward. I also contacted Developer Support on October 1 and haven’t received a response yet.

Since our situations and timing are nearly identical, I’m wondering whether there may currently be an issue with submissions waiting after a Guideline 2.1 response.

Same here, I received a Guideline2.1(b) -Performance, on September 25 which was updated and we submitted another build on September 28, since then my app with appId: 6799896230, has been Stucked on waiting for review todays is october 5 am still waiting for review

Any updates? Same thing happened to me. it's been 8 days, told me they will expedit my review, but it's almost past 48 hours already.

Yes, I received another metadata rejection on Tuesday, after waiting 8 days for the review.

I fixed the issue, uploaded a newer build, and resubmitted the same day. Since then, the status has been back to “Waiting for Review”. Im almost at 6 days without any status update again.

I also submitted another support request but haven’t received a response from Apple.

It’s now been 15 days since my initial submission, and the app still hasn’t been approved.

I’d be very grateful if someone from the App Review team could check whether my submission is still correctly queued or advise me on what I should do next.

Same situation here. App ID 6818449706: received Guideline 2.1 – Information Needed on Oct 3, replied with everything requested the same day and resubmitted. It has been in "Waiting for Review" for 10 days since then. Contacted App Review on Oct 6 and requested an expedited review — no response to either. I haven't withdrawn the submission.
