I submitted my app for review on September 30th, and it's still showing as "waiting for review". I have tried contacting support and requesting to expedite the review, but I haven't gotten any updates. Are others experiencing much slower reviews with no status updates? I have users waiting to download the app and haven't been able to give a clear answer on a timeline. I understand delays, but I would like to be updated on the status.

Same boat. They don't answer phones or respond to emails at all anymore, it is a complete black box, no recourse.
Yep, my app has been in "Waiting for Review" since 25 September 2026. No communication from Apple. Frustrating.
They seem to only do this to small devs. From my workplace I know that Apple reviews their builds in under 3 days.
