I enrolled my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization and received the "You have signed the following agreement: Apple Developer Program License Agreement" email from Apple Developer Relations.
However, the new organization team has never appeared on my account. While my previous organization's team was still listed, the team picker at the top right of developer.apple.com/account showed only that team. The new organization was not there. My account page now shows no team at all, only the "Join the Apple Developer Program" banner with an "Enroll today" button.
What I've checked
- Signed out and back in several times, including in a fresh incognito window
- The team picker, Membership details, and the enrollment page
- I have not re-enrolled, to avoid creating a duplicate enrollment for the same entity
Questions
- Has anyone received the Program License Agreement email while the new organization team never showed up on their account?
- Is there a delay between enrollment activation and the team appearing, and how long does it usually take?
I've opened a case with Developer Support (Case ID: 102989854826) and will update this thread with the outcome. Any insight is appreciated.
