Our app was submitted on September 29 and finally reviewed on October 8, after an approved expedited review request.
It was rejected under Guideline 4.1(a) because Apple needed proof of our licensing rights. We immediately replied with our signed licensing agreement and an additional authorisation letter.
Today is October 9, and more than 24 hours later, we still have no response, no confirmation that our documents have been reviewed, and the app remains "Rejected".
Developer Support simply redirected us back to App Review.
Does anyone know if App Review will automatically continue reviewing the app, or do we need to resubmit it? And would resubmitting mean losing our expedited review priority?
Our game is already live on Google Play, and this is holding up our official launch.

In your case, yes, they'll continue reviewing the app. You don't need to create a new version with a new binary to resubmit.
But you can change the review status from Rejected to Waiting for Review to let them know you're done on your end. Just check the top of the page you replied on, there's an Edit button (or Update, I don't quite remember). Edit, save, and resubmit for review.
