Wanted to know if there is a requirement to localise the information in the "What's New In This Version?" or if the primary language can be applied to all local stores?

Unless you choose other languages, the primary language will be used across all regions.
Cheers, so are you saying if I have other supported store languages I don't have to add the text even though the rest of the page is localised?
It only has to be primary language as a minimum?
