Hello Apple Developer Community, I'm looking for guidance regarding an App Store submission that has been in review for approximately 10 days without a decision or further communication. The app is Spotr: Discover, a social discovery platform that helps users discover local places and events and make plans with friends. We've put significant time and effort into preparing this release, and our launch activities and early users are waiting for the app to become available. The extended delay is now becoming quite urgent for us as a small team. We fully respect Apple's review process and understand that every app must meet the required guidelines. We're not asking for any review requirements to be bypassed; we'd simply be grateful for a status update or clarification if anything is pending from our side. If additional information, reviewer access, or changes are needed, we're ready to respond and address them immediately. Could someone please advise on the appropriate way to escalate a submission that has remained in review for this long? Thank you for your time and guidance. Best regards, Paul Spotr: Discover

Same here, Apple's reviews have massively slowed down.
They provide zero customer service, took their phone line down to developers, and don't respond to emails which seems wrong considering they take a fee from developers supposedly to pay for timely reviews.
Tons of people have been complaining of long review times of over a week. It's unfortunate. Wish I had an answer, other than Apple needs to get its act together.
