My name is Hammad Mustafa, enrolling as an individual from UAE. My case number is 102985115783.
On Wed, Sep 30 I received an email saying my enrollment was on hold because my name partly matched a restricted-party screening list, and I was asked to submit ID at developer.apple.com/enroll/identity/upload/. When I opened that link, I could not reach the upload page because after agreeing to the terms it said "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
On Thu, Oct 1 I received a second email saying “We’ve reviewed your information and you can now complete the enrollment process.” Since then, every time I click “Complete your enrollment now”, choose Individual and accept the terms, I get the message: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.”
Please could someone check my enrollment record and either reset it or complete the step on your side, so that I can reach the ID upload and payment pages. I am happy to send a copy of my passport directly by email if that is easier.
I have not received a reply to my earlier messages. Thank you for your help.
