App stuck in Waiting for Review for 8 days after expedite approved

Our app Virtfit AI (Apple ID 6756651493) has been in “Waiting for Review” since October 4, 2026.

Our previous submission was rejected on October 2 because the Terms of Use (EULA) link was missing from the App Store metadata. We added the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links to the App Description and resubmitted on October 4. Our expedited review request was approved, and we also contacted Apple Developer Support, but the status hasn’t changed and we haven’t received any update.

Update:

Our app Virtfit (Apple ID 6756651493) is still in “Waiting for Review” after we resubmitted version 1.0.0 on October 12, 2026.

Before that, our October 4 submission stayed in “Waiting for Review” for 8 days even after the expedited review was approved, so we cancelled it and resubmitted. We haven’t received any update on either submission.

Subscriptions are attached to the submission, and test login details are included in the App Review Information.

Has anyone else faced a similar delay recently? If your submission started moving, did anything specific help, like contacting App Review again or resubmitting?
