App stuck in “In Review” for 12 days with no response

Hello App Review Team,

Our app has been in “In Review” status for 12 days with no updates, and we would appreciate any help checking its status.

App Name: Off Apple ID: 6808109478 Submitted: September 23, 2026 Moved to “In Review”: October 1, 2026 Contact Us case number: 102988417460

A previous version was rejected under Guideline 4.3(b). For this submission, we redesigned the UI and provided detailed review notes and a demo account to demonstrate the app’s distinguishing features. We contacted App Review through the Contact Us form but have not received a response, and there are no messages or requests in App Store Connect.

We understand that the previous 4.3(b) rejection may have placed this submission under extended review. However, we have made substantial changes specifically to address those concerns, and we believe that an extended review period without any timeline or communication places an unreasonable burden on developers who are actively working to comply with the guidelines. A prior rejection should be an opportunity to improve, not a reason for an indefinite delay.

As developers, we rely on timely review results to improve our app. Whether the outcome is an approval or a rejection, a decision allows us to respond and move forward. An extended delay with no communication leaves us unable to take any action, while our development and operating costs continue, and makes it difficult to see the value of our participation in the Apple Developer Program.

We respectfully ask that the review be completed, or that we be informed of the reason for the delay and any information needed from our side. We are ready to respond immediately.

Thank you for your time.

We pay $99 annually for the Apple Developer Program, and developers deserve at least basic communication and transparency. Keeping apps under review for days or weeks without updates, responses, or even an estimated timeline is unacceptable.

If Apple cannot provide timely manual reviews, it should consider AI-assisted review systems to speed up the process, with human oversight where necessary. At the very least, developers should be told why their app is delayed and how long they can reasonably expect to wait.

We understand that reviews take time, especially after a previous rejection, but an indefinite wait with zero communication is not fair to developers. We invest our time, money, and effort into building apps and complying with Apple's guidelines. We deserve a clear status update and a reasonable timeline so we can plan our next steps.

Apple needs to do better when it comes to supporting its developer community.
