So it seems there are others experiencing delays with app submissions and I wanted to add my experience so far. I've been waiting 14 days now while the app submitted is "in review". Has anyone actually gotten an app successfully reviewed in the past 1-2 weeks for iOS? We were trying to meet a launch date, but it doesn't seem like this will happen...Apple states that 90% of reviews are completed within 24 hours, this seems to be a far stretch at the moment.

Same here. My app has been In Review since Sep 29 (about two weeks), still no decision. Support only replied with a generic “still in review, no action needed.”

Submitted on the 6th and still waiting. There was a delay with Google Play store as well, but was finally accepted 2 days ago, so for myself it does not seem to be an Apple only, or App Specific issue. I suspect the onslaught of new apps due to agentic coding is largely the reason for the backlog.
Only 7 days, and I thought I would get some hope after reading the forum... but I think I should feel lucky when I compare to some of you.
