Individual-to-Organization migration stuck 54 days, no response to follow-ups - Case 20000126718256

Requesting escalation on a stalled Individual-to-Organization migration.

Timeline:

  1. Aug 2, 2026: Case 20000126718256 opened
  2. Aug 20: Migration started. Enrollment J458FCXZ4A submitted, all requested documents uploaded same day (business license, LLC registration, government ID). Same-day confirmation that documents were under review.
  3. Sep 4: Status update requested. No substantive response.
  4. Sep 7: Advisor stated case was escalated to an internal team that would contact me directly. That team has never contacted me.
  5. Sep 15: Senior advisor resent the enrollment email. Link resolves to the existing enrollment status page with nothing to update.
  6. Oct 6 and Oct 13: Follow-ups sent via the case thread and the advisor’s messaging link, plus a voicemail on the phone line. No response to any of it.
  7. Today: 54 days since migration started. Apple has never requested anything further from me and has never given a completion date.

Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles has been disabled the entire time. I cannot register App IDs, so I cannot submit new apps.

All requirements were met before starting: 2FA enabled, organization website public with domain registered to the LLC, D-U-N-S active, authorized signatory confirmed. If anything is outstanding for verification, nobody has told me what it is - I can provide it same-day.

Please complete the migration for enrollment J458FCXZ4A. If it cannot be completed, tell me why or cancel it and restore my individual membership. Either outcome beats a 55th day of silence.
