Hello Apple Developer Community,

I submitted my PDF app for review on October 5, 2026, and as of October 14, it is still showing “Waiting for Review.”

This is the first submission of my app. I have already sent two emails to App Review Support asking for an update, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I understand that App Review times may vary, but waiting for nine days without any update is concerning, especially for a new app launch.

Could anyone from the community share their recent experience with App Review delays?

How long did your app stay in “Waiting for Review” recently?

Is anyone else experiencing similar delays?

Is there any recommended way to contact Apple and get an update on a pending submission?

I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

My (new) app has been "In Review" for 7 days now. Just before that, it was "waiting for review" for about 14 days.

Mine has been stuck in Waiting for Review for 7 days with no movement.

Mine was stuck for 12 days before it went into "In Review". It was then mistakenly rejected because the reviewer mistook the language "remove watermarks" as an illegal feature to remove watermarks on images rather than an option to save images without our branding. Now have been waiting another 5 days with no response from the reviewer.

I am stuck at waiting for review since 26th September. Got one reply for Guideline 5.2.5 - Legal - Intellectual Property on 8th October because I mistakenly include the word "iPad" in my summary. Still waiting for version 1.0 release. Painfully slow if this is the only pathway for each version update...
