App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 10 days, no response to inquiries

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can share advice, or that someone from App Review sees this.

I submitted my first app, WarehousePal, on October 5. It's iOS version 1.0 with two auto-renewable subscriptions. It has been in "Waiting for Review" for 10 days and has never moved to "In Review."

Here's what I've tried so far:

Sent an App Review status inquiry on October 9. No reply yet. Sent an expedited review request on October 13. No reply yet. Tried to call Developer Support, but phone support shows as unavailable because of high call volumes. There are no messages in App Store Connect, no warning banners, and nothing in my email. My agreements, tax, and banking information all show as active.

This is the first app from my small company, so I have no idea if this wait is normal. I also don't know if something on my account or submission needs attention. I'd be grateful for any guidance.

Other developers: are you seeing long waits right now, especially on first submissions with subscriptions? Did anything help get things moving?

Apple team: if anyone can check whether this submission needs anything from me, I'd really appreciate it. I'm happy to provide whatever is needed. Thank you for reading, and thanks in advance for any help.

Same exact issue. First app. First build got rejected because I had low reputation and they asked for more detail. It's been 2 weeks now. Can't even get a Testflight build approved. Requested expedited review as well, no use. Unbelievable. Apple is actively hurting my customers right now.

Just to keep a history. Today, I got an email from apple - 14 days after submitting the app. Still stuck on Waiting for review.

@ExpressiveSolutionsDeveloper for some reason is not allowing me to comment on your reply. Essentially, It was a standard reply from Developer Support. In short: my app "wasn't forgotten and is proceeding through the review process," they can't estimate how long the review will take because "review times vary for each app," and "you don't need to do anything else." They'll email me when the review is complete.

So there's no timeline, but it does seem to confirm nothing is blocking the submission on my side. I'll post here when the status changes.

Losing money (going into more debt) every day this delays…

Update: The App got rejected due to promotional image I added the same for my subscriptions. I corrected them and re-submitted the app today.

It’s been almost 20 days since my last submission of the application, and I still haven’t received any response. I submitted an urgent request, but it doesn’t seem to have worked so far.
