Hi,

We submitted PUMPD AI Coach on September 15, and it’s still In Review about a month later.

App Review reported a demo-account login issue that day, and we replied with the fix and updated sign-in instructions. We haven’t received any further questions.

Developer Support said the case had been escalated for visibility. We followed up again today and asked for a call. There’s currently no reply option in our App Review conversation.

Could someone from App Review check whether anything is holding up the submission or let us know if we need to provide anything else?

Hi, just wondering if there's been any update on your app since you posted this? Has Apple finally picked it up for review?

I'm in a similar situation with my first iOS app. We already went through a Guideline 2.1 information request, provided 6 demo videos, and our latest submission has been stuck in Waiting for Review since Oct 12. Also contacted Apple Support but havent heard anything back.

Did you end up cancelling and resubmitting, or just waited it out?

Would really appreciate an update. Thanks!

No we haven’t cancelled or resubmitted, it’s still In Review. Support emailed to say they’ve contacted the appropriate team and will reach out if they have questions, so we’re still waiting.
