First release waiting over a week after resubmission - could App Review check the queue?

Hello Apple Developer Community and App Review team,

Our first iOS release of Slice Shop: Math for Kids has remained in Waiting for Review since we resubmitted on October 10, 2026. As of October 18, it has not moved to In Review.

Timeline:

October 10: Replied to the request for additional information and resubmitted the updated build.
October 14: Sent a review-status inquiry through Apple Developer Support.
October 16: Requested expedited review.
October 17: Followed up on the existing support case and asked for a manual check of the review queue.

We have not received a substantive response or a new request for information.

Could someone from App Review please confirm whether our submission is queued correctly and whether any action is needed from us? We can promptly provide additional details through App Store Connect or the existing support case.

Other developers experiencing similar delays: did anything help your submission move forward?

No. We resubmitted on October 8, and our app is still Waiting for Review. We have taken similar steps as you, and we're still waiting for a response.

Stuck since October 7, waiting for review. We are also now in a time-sensitive crunch we never envisioned since starting this app review process on September 29, resubmitting after an initial rejection on October 9. Even an expedite request has made no difference.
