Hello,
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and paid on October 14, 2026. The payment went through (I received the order acknowledgement and the invoice), but five days later my account still shows "Pending".
The enrollment page keeps showing "Complete your purchase" / "Continue to payment". I haven't clicked it to avoid being charged twice.
What I've done:
- Opened case 102999689805 (Program Enrollment) on October 16. Only the automatic reply so far.
- Followed up today and opened case 103001618948 (Program Purchase and Renewal).
- Tried to request a phone call, but the form returns "You are not allowed to perform this operation", probably because the membership isn't active yet.
Possibly relevant: my Apple Account region is Brazil and the card I paid with is from Argentina.
Could someone from Apple Developer Program Support take a look at these cases, or tell me if any verification is needed on my side? I'm ready to provide whatever is required.
