Title: App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over 10 days
I submitted my app for review over 10 days ago, and its status is still "Waiting for Review." Apple states that 90% of reviews are completed within 48 hours, so this seems unusually long.
I've contacted Apple Developer Support twice without receiving a response.
Is there anything else I should be doing, or is there a way to have someone investigate or escalate the issue?
