I’m an independent developer preparing to launch my first iOS app, Ridoze: Bike Tour & Group Ride.
My app has been showing Waiting for Review in App Store Connect for an extended period. My initial submission received a Guideline 2.1 request for additional information, and I prepared an updated submission afterward.
I have contacted Apple Developer Support and received a support case number, but I haven’t received a follow-up response yet. I’m also trying to clarify the status of my expedited review request.

Has anyone experienced a similar delay with a first-time app submission? Is there an official way to request a status check or escalation without cancelling and resubmitting the build?
