I am an individual developer experiencing a delay with the Digital Services Act trader verification for my app, Panelle.

- App status: Ready for Distribution
- DSA trader verification status: In Review
- DSA submission date: October 12, 2026
- Selected markets: Greece and Cyprus
- Developer account type: Individual
- Support case: 102999840927
The app has already passed App Review and is marked as Ready for Distribution. However, it is still unavailable in Greece and Cyprus because the DSA trader verification remains In Review.
I submitted the requested identity and address verification documents. I have not received a rejection, a request for different documents, or any indication that further action is required from me.
I contacted Apple Developer Support on October 17 and opened case 102999840927. On October 21, I added a follow-up message to the same case requesting confirmation that the documents were received correctly and asking for escalation to the appropriate DSA/Compliance team.
The support case is still open, but I have not received a substantive response or an estimated completion date.
- Has anyone recently had the same DSA trader verification issue resolved?
- If so, how long did the verification take?
- Did contacting Developer Support or requesting a manual escalation help?
- Is there any additional action I should take in App Store Connect?
- Could this be a backend status issue where the documents have been reviewed but the status has not been updated?
I understand that compliance verification can take time, but the app is fully approved and its launch in both selected markets is currently blocked only by this pending verification.
Any experience from other developers or guidance from Apple staff would be greatly appreciated.
