Hello Apple Developer Support,

I am requesting assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck in "Pending" since September 26, 2026.

Today is October 22, and 26 days have passed without activation.

  • I have completed the membership payment.
  • I have the order number and the official Apple invoice in PDF format.
  • I have an Enrollment ID associated with my application.
  • I have contacted Apple Developer Support by phone, but the issue remains unresolved.
  • I have also sent emails to the relevant support department without receiving a resolution.

Could an Apple Developer Support representative please help escalate this case to the enrollment team and clarify:

  1. Why is my enrollment still pending after 26 days?
  2. Has my payment been correctly linked to my enrollment?
  3. Is there any missing verification or action required from my side?
  4. Can this case be manually reviewed and escalated?

I can provide my Enrollment ID, order number, invoice, and previous support correspondence through a private official support channel.

I would appreciate a concrete status update and a clear next step.

Since payment was completed 26 days ago, this is well past Apple's published 24-hour point for contacting support if you haven't received membership confirmation. The enrollment guide says to sign in with the Apple Account used to enroll and include your Enrollment ID in the support request. Send the order number and invoice only through the private support case, not here.

One detail worth checking: if this is an individual enrollment paid by credit card, Apple says the card must be your own; using someone else's card can delay enrollment and lead to an ID check. If that's not the issue, ask Developer Support to confirm whether the payment is linked to the Enrollment ID and whether any verification step is still pending.
