Existing app in good standing stuck in review for 5+ days for minor critical update

Hi there,

I'd appreciate if someone could look into the case of FloorLens (id 6762080790) being stuck "Waiting for review" for a minor but critical bugfix release. I even requested an expedited review 3 days ago which was accepted but there's absolutely no activity. This is especially weird as the prior major update was accepted in a record breaking 2.5 hours after submission (!).

I'm wondering if 'Developer rejecting' an app while it's 'Waiting for review' carries some kind of penalty as I developer rejected this one twice to replace the build version early on?

Best,
Beren

The update was finally reviewed within 5 minutes and approved. Total waiting time: 4 + (resubmit) 5.5 days with an expedited review. I really hope future review times decrease again, it's frustrating for developers and users when trying to ship a critical bugfix update.

I ended up resubmitting the app with new iPhone Duo screenshots yesterday, hoping that's the issue - maybe there was a preference for iPhone Duo apps in the last week for obvious reasons..

Still "Waiting for review" three days later after the re-submission, even after another approved expedited review request. So I'd advise others not to re-submit with Duo screenshots, looks like that was not blocking it...
Looks like the app review team is just completely overwhelmed right now?

I'm getting more and more complaints from my users who run into the bug I'm trying to fix with this update - it's worse than a crash as it destroys an existing apartment scan.. :(
