First app stuck in Waiting for Review for 14 days

Our first app, Clothecast (Apple ID 6821111207), version 1.0 (build 18), was submitted on October 12 and has been in Waiting for Review since then without entering review. The submission includes an auto-renewable subscription group.

Our agreements, tax and banking information are all active, the App Review Information is complete, and there are no messages or issues in App Store Connect. We contacted App Review on October 19 (case 103001539906) and followed up today (case 103009588345) but haven't heard back.

Could someone from App Review check whether anything is holding the submission, or whether anything is needed from us?

Same situation as me, my app is stuck. However, I noticed around the 15th Oct that there was an updated business agreement in App Store Connect. I had to re-agree to that, which was pausing my submission. No communication that it was blocking, but it stated (somewhat subtly for a newbie like me) that my submission was on hold until actioned.

I did that, had a quick 2hr turn around to say there was an issue with my subtitle (which I updated immediately) and well its been stuck in awaiting review again since then.
