I hate what they are doing now. They use a spam bot to send messages daily. One message says
We are unable to proceed with our review as this app’s status is currently "Prepare for Submission." You will need to submit a new build for review.

If I look at the History section, there is no pending submission.
If I tell the spam bot to stop, I get the following response.

So they use a spam bot to keep harassing you. They refuse to review your software submissions. What you get for $99 is nothing but harassment.
