TestFlight unable to accept invite Halliday.invite.app.accepted.self.with.-conflict.email

User in TestFlight tries to tap "INSTALL" and receives the error message: "Unable to Accept Invite. Halliday.invite.app.accepted.self.with.-conflict.email".

Has anyone seen this error and found a resolution?

Actually went into app details in TestFlight, did "Stop Testing".

Then tried again and it worked.
