Hi All
i have developed an app but when I go to download the paywall appears as it’s subscription only but it shows no prices for the subscription I get an endless swirl.
I checked the product id etc and it’s correct but the subcription on my App Store Connect shows as approved. is there another status it needs to reach before it becomes like like ready for sale?

I would like to know if it is allowed to offer the user to either unlock the app immediately or partake in a 3-day trial period before making a purchase.
I created 2 IAP non-consumable products; 1 for the immediate [which is at a discount] and for the after trial period ends [this is at a higher cost].
Is this something that Apple allows or is frowned upon?
I encountered the following issues while developing in-app purchases; please help me:
When attempting to purchase a product that has already been purchased, SKPaymentQueue reports an error instead of a success message:
<SKPaymentQueue: 0x134665380>: Payment completed with error: Error Domain=ASDServerErrorDomain Code=3532 "You’re currently subscribed to this." UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=You’re currently subscribed to this., client-environment-type=Sandbox, AMSServerErrorCode=3532, storefront-country-code=USA}
After buying product A on one iPhone using a sandbox account, restoring purchases on another iPhone with the same sandbox account via paymentQueue.restoreCompletedTransactions(withApplicationUsername:) does not return the previously purchased product A data; it directly calls restoreCompletedTransactionsFinished.

I have setup offer codes and subscriptions for users to purchase, when a user signs up using an offer code outside of the app the offer code does not save into my database where the subscriptions are saved
the transaction is successful and validated by store kit but I cant see that that user used an offer code - an example
https://apps.apple.com/redeem/?ctx=offercodes&id=6744338284&code=ASKDOM
I then setup an edge function in supabase to retrieve the data that store kit sends back and im not sure where to find the offer code as it still doesnt save
is there an internal apple reference that they use as apposed to the users offer code i.e offer code askdomSA = P3050 for example
how can Identify if an offer code was used
thank you

查看了ChainVerifier.java 源代码,发现
private static final int EXPECTED_CHAIN_LENGTH = 3; // <--- 关键常量
// ...
PublicKey verifyChainWithoutCaching(String[] certificates, boolean performRevocationChecking, Date effectiveDate) throws VerificationException {
// ... 解析证书代码 ...
if (parsedCertificates.size() != EXPECTED_CHAIN_LENGTH) {
throw new VerificationException(VerificationStatus.INVALID_CHAIN_LENGTH); // <--- 抛出异常点
}
// ... 后续验证代码 ...
}
appTransactionJWS是来自客户端的沙盒环境。
我发现沙盒环境的jws总是包含一个证书,而后端验证又必须要求三个证书,请问这个问题如何解决。

I cannot test IAP using sandbox account that I logged on from settings, it keeps show my regular Apple ID when I try to test IAP from TestFlight
This issue frustrate me and bunch of my colleagues, we cannot manage our subscription when sandbox account is default choosing Apple ID
I've seen people complaining about this issue a lot
Any help on resolving this issue would be really appreaciated
I’m trying to determine the most appropriate modern method for detecting whether a user originally downloaded a paid app (prior to transitioning the app to freemium/IAP-based access).
Historically, this was done by checking for a valid App Store receipt and using SKReceiptRefreshRequest to ensure a fresh one was available. However, SKReceiptRefreshRequest and many related aspects of StoreKit receipt handling are now deprecated in iOS 17+.
The current Apple documentation on receipt validation still refers to SKReceiptRefreshRequest, which makes things unclear. With so many deprecations and the push toward StoreKit 2, what’s the recommended path to:
Check for a valid App Store receipt
Confirm that the app was originally purchased (as a paid app, not via IAP)
Persist this info to exempt the user from paywalling the app in the future
I don’t need to validate purchases of IAPs — just to detect a legacy paid app download.
Any guidance on best practice for this use case, preferably using non-deprecated APIs (StoreKit 2 or otherwise), would be appreciated.

I am currently using the App Store Server API Get All Subscription Statuses in the app I am in charge of.
Please let me confirm the following regarding Get All Subscription Statuses.
■Prerequisites
The language used is Objective-c, and I am using both XCode 15 and 16. I also have an App Store Connect account.
■Questions
Is it possible to set and test each status of the App Store Server API Get All Subscription Statuses with TestFlight?
I want to test the "Remove from Sale" scenario in Sandbox. I set my subscription to "Remove from Sale" for all territories in App Store Connect, but I can still make new purchases and auto-renewals continue in the Sandbox environment.
Is this a known limitation? Or is there a specific way to make this work for testing?
If it can't be tested, I'd like to know the expected production behavior. What changes occur in the App Receipt and what App Store Server Notification is sent?
I've been stuck with this rejection. Trial button 'greyed out' or non responsive. What they are seeing is my subscriptions not loading into the pay wall. We think its because the subscriptions haven't been reviewed and approved in order for them to populate the pay wall (activating the pay wall so it isn't 'greyed out'. Has anyone had and solved this issue?

I am handling the buy subscription with this function
const handleBuySubscription = async (productId) => {
try {
await requestSubscription({
sku: productId,
});
setLoading(false);
} catch (error) {
setLoading(false);
if (error instanceof PurchaseError) {
errorLog({ message: [${error.code}]: ${error.message}, error });
} else {
errorLog({ message: "handleBuySubscription", error });
}
}
};
but the
requestSubscription({
sku: productId,
})
does not return anything, and it is stuck at await
I'm working on an app the has implemented inapp purchases. They have been working so far, and they keep working currently.
But just a couple of days ago, a specific user sent us a support ticket stating that when he purchases and item the bank charges it for the purchase, but within the app, the purchase fails and he doesn't receive the item.
He sent us screenshots showing:
The iOS native modal when a purchases has been finished correctly ("You're all set - Your purchase was successful ").
Right after that modal, the app shows an internal modal showing "The purchase failed, please, try again later".
Checking the app logs, that failure modal was triggered by "The operation couldn’t be completed. (StoreKit.StoreKitError error 1.)".
Reading docs about this error leads me to think about device or user restrictions (parental controls, usage limits, etc...). It seems that in theses cases the bank charge could be issued but refunded later once Apple ultimately declines the purchase.
However the user says that he doesn't have any kind of restriction. The only related thing is a "this device is also restricted by a profile" message, but everyone seems to have this message.
What could it be causing this issue? In what scenariowould the app show a native OK modal but a storekit error 1?
I'm pretty sure the app is well configured because I keep receiving purchases of all kind, from different users with any problem.

What is the expected behavior for App Receipts and ASSN v2 notifications when a subscription is set to "Remove from Sale"?
I tried to test this in Sandbox, but the "Remove from Sale" setting in App Store Connect doesn't seem to affect the Sandbox environment.
For existing subscribers, what happens in the receipt? Does auto_renew_status change to 0 and is expiration_intent populated immediately?
Also, which notificationType is sent via ASSN v2?

I noticed a very weird behavior for refunds. When a user refunds an up-front paid app, they still have access to the app. How can I detect such a case and block access to the app?
In general, I think it should be handled by Apple, but for some reason, they don't do it.
I have implemented in-app-purchase in one of my iOS application.
I generated the consumable products and these are approved by Apple Showing with Green check.
I used StoreKit-2 and locally testing with store sync configuration file.
The products I have created on developer accounts automatically synced by Store Configuration file and showing no the screen and I can purchase the product with Xcode environment in development.
When uploaded app to test flight, I am not getting products with sandbox email id.
Cases I have tries:
-Remove my original Apple ID from device and just testing with Apple Sandbox email id -> Not getting products.
-Remove configuration file while uploading to test flight -> not fetching products.
-Checked the archive build and its in Release mode.
Note: I am as a (Admin) team member, not account holder.
Issue:
Not fetching products on Test flight with Sandbox & in live app.
Is there something I have to track here:
Agreements for Free Apps Agreement with EFFECTIVE DATE showing 3 Jul 2025 - 20 Sep 2025 & STATUS is Active
Agreements for Paid Apps Agreement with EFFECTIVE DATE showing nothing & STATUS is New
I am trying to launch a PWA as an application on App Store, and got rejected cause of In-App Purchases. Application is about content generation and selling subscriptions for premium content. So thats why needed to implement In-App Purchases.
I have created wrapper via PWABuilder. And it is looking great so far, now my question is about How can I implement In-App Purchases in the bundle which is already created.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
More clarification:-
I have that product running on Web right now, we have integrated Stripe for payment handling for subscriptions. If there is nothing we can do for In-App Purchases then we have to make purchases on website and then user will be able to experience the changes. We tried that, but then we got rejected for showing locked premium content on user's feed. Also can't show any CTA or Subscribe text or button.
We have received reports from users that their in-app purchases suddenly appear as unpurchased.
We would like to know the cause of this issue.
Our implementation does not use a server; purchases are determined solely on the client side.
These reports often occur after updating the app version,
but we have been unable to reproduce the issue in our development environment.

Hello,
I am consistently receiving the error message "In-app purchases are not allowed on this device" whenever I try to make an in-app purchase on my iOS device. Despite following all the recommended solutions I could find online, the issue remains unresolved.
Here is a list of the steps I have already taken:
Checked Screen Time Settings:
I navigated to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases.
I have confirmed that "In-App Purchases" is set to "Allow." I have also tried toggling this setting off and on again.
Signed Out & In of Apple ID:
I signed out of my Apple ID via Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases, restarted the device, and then signed back in.
Restarted the Device:
I have force-restarted my device multiple times.
Updated iOS:
I have ensured my device is running the latest version of iOS (checked via Settings > General > Software Update).
Verified Payment Method:
I have confirmed that my payment method on file is valid and up-to-date.
Created a New Sandbox Account:
I also created a new Sandbox Tester account in App Store Connect and tested with it, but the result was the same.
Device Information:
Device Model: iPhone 15, iPhone 13
iOS Version: iOS 17.5, iOS 18
Even after performing all of these steps, the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered such a stubborn issue, or does anyone have a different solution I could try?
Thank you in advance for your help.

We're experiencing an issue with in-app purchases in our React Native iOS app where RNIap.getProducts() is consistently returning an empty array, preventing users from making purchases.
Technical Details:
Using react-native-iap library
Product ID: '[REDACTED]'
Platform: iOS
Product Type: Consumable (one-time payment, NOT subscription)
Error in logs: "No products returned from App Store. Check App Store Connect."
Debugging shows: Products Fetched: []
Steps to Reproduce:
Open app and navigate to the quiz feature
Attempt to purchase additional quiz attempts
Modal opens but fails to load product information
What We've Confirmed:
IAP Connection initializes successfully
No error is thrown during product fetch, just an empty array returned
App is configured with correct Bundle ID
Using Apple Sandbox test account
We are implementing consumable purchases (one-time payments)
Potential Issues to Investigate:
Product configuration in App Store Connect
Ensure product is set as "Consumable" type in App Store Connect
Sandbox tester account permissions/activation
Bundle ID matching between app and App Store Connect
Product ID case sensitivity or typos
