After connecting to a Passpoint network on macOS, the SSID field is displayed as empty. Bugs ? Passpoint connections are established and function correctly, with network communication unimpeded. However, a display issue where the SSID field is blank is present on macOS versions 13 through 15 inclusive. This issue persists even when utilizing connection profiles created with Apple Configurator. Help me. Thks

Developer Enrollment - Bug.
Hi everyone, We're hoping someone here can help us out. We've run into a consistent issue when trying to enroll a new Apple Developer account as an organisation using our DUNS number. Here's what we've experienced: Individual enrollment through the Developer app works perfectly with a new Apple ID. However, when using an existing Apple ID and selecting organization enrollment, the process gets stuck: The payment button is greyed out in the Developer app. We're then locked out of enrolling through the app entirely. 4. When trying to complete the enrollment via the Developer website, there’s no valid payment method available (e.g., VISA option missing CVV field), and any attempts to proceed just loop without success. We're essentially stuck in a limbo state where we can’t proceed. We’ve gone through all the support channels: The automated assistant (Gaby) is unable to resolve the issue or understand the full context. Live chat support for both individual and business accounts told us they can’t assist and referred us back to the developer support system—which leads us back to square one. All members of our team were able to enroll individually without issue, but organisation enrollment consistently failed. Business support and Commercial support (spoken to supervisors) are unable to assist. They really tried and made an effort. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get in touch with a real person at Apple who can actually resolve this? What are our next steps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No Apps appearing on home screen or in the App Library after download
Hello, i just noticed that when i download an app through the App Store on my iPhone, the app i downloaded does not appear on my home screen or in the App Library. is there any work around for me to make them appear at least in the App Library? the only way to open or to place an app on my home screen I downloaded after upgrading to iOS 18.4 Beta 3 is to search for it in Spotlight or in the App Store. Any apps I downloaded before upgrading to iOS 18.4 Beta 3 is still on my home screen or in the App Library. i am currently running iOS 18.4 Beta 3 on an iPhone 16 Pro

Apple watch problem when only play music on watch
I have encountered a problem that the Apple Watch cannot automatically continue playing the music in my playlist even if I have press the cycle button. It stops every song. And I used Apple Music. All these are performed without iPhone. But after restarted the watch, it works fine. I use S10 GPS watch with watch os 11.3.1. I never restarted the watch after I renewed the system. And i believe the problem have existed for more than one year as i saw a post describe the same problem on social media.

Displaying limited contacts list in UIKit
I have an app that was written in UIKit. It's too large, and it would be much too time consuming at this point to convert it to SwiftUI. I want to incorporate the new limited contacts into this app. The way it's currently written everything works fine except for showing the limited contacts in the contact picker. I have downloaded and gone though the Apple tutorial app but I'm having trouble thinking it through into UIKit. After a couple of hours I decided I need help. I understand I need to pull the contact IDs of the contacts that are in the limited contacts list. Not sure how to do that or how to get it to display in the picker. Any help would be greatly appreciated. func requestAccess(completionHandler: @escaping (_ accessGranted: Bool) -> Void) { switch CNContactStore.authorizationStatus(for: .contacts) { case .authorized: completionHandler(true) case .denied: showSettingsAlert(completionHandler) case .restricted, .notDetermined: CNContactStore().requestAccess(for: .contacts) { granted, error in if granted { completionHandler(true) } else { DispatchQueue.main.async { [weak self] in self?.showSettingsAlert(completionHandler) } } } // iOS 18 only case .limited: completionHandler(true) @unknown default: break } } // A text field that displays the name of the chosen contact @IBAction func contact_Fld_Tapped(_ sender: TextField_Designable) { sender.resignFirstResponder() // The contact ID that is saved to the Db getTheCurrentContactID() let theAlert = UIAlertController(title: K.Titles.chooseAContact, message: nil, preferredStyle: .actionSheet) // Create a new contact let addContact = UIAlertAction(title: K.Titles.newContact, style: .default) { [weak self] _ in self?.requestAccess { _ in let openContact = CNContact() let vc = CNContactViewController(forNewContact: openContact) vc.delegate = self // this delegate CNContactViewControllerDelegate DispatchQueue.main.async { self?.present(UINavigationController(rootViewController: vc), animated: true) } } } let getContact = UIAlertAction(title: K.Titles.fromContacts, style: .default) { [weak self] _ in self?.requestAccess { _ in self?.contactPicker.delegate = self DispatchQueue.main.async { self?.present(self!.contactPicker, animated: true) } } } let editBtn = UIAlertAction(title: K.Titles.editContact, style: .default) { [weak self] _ in self?.requestAccess { _ in let store = CNContactStore() var vc = CNContactViewController() do { let descriptor = CNContactViewController.descriptorForRequiredKeys() let editContact = try store.unifiedContact(withIdentifier: self!.oldContactID, keysToFetch: [descriptor]) vc = CNContactViewController(for: editContact) } catch { print("Getting contact to edit failed: \(self!.VC_String) \(error)") } vc.delegate = self // delegate for CNContactViewControllerDelegate self?.navigationController?.isNavigationBarHidden = false self?.navigationController?.navigationItem.hidesBackButton = false self?.navigationController?.pushViewController(vc, animated: true) } } let cancel = UIAlertAction(title: K.Titles.cancel, style: .cancel) { _ in } if oldContactID.isEmpty { editBtn.isEnabled = false } theAlert.addAction(getContact) // Select from contacts theAlert.addAction(addContact) // Create new contact theAlert.addAction(editBtn) // Edit this contact theAlert.addAction(cancel) let popOver = theAlert.popoverPresentationController popOver?.sourceView = sender popOver?.sourceRect = sender.bounds popOver?.permittedArrowDirections = .any present(theAlert, animated: true) } func requestAccess(completionHandler: @escaping (_ accessGranted: Bool) -> Void) { switch CNContactStore.authorizationStatus(for: .contacts) { case .authorized: completionHandler(true) case .denied: showSettingsAlert(completionHandler) case .restricted, .notDetermined: CNContactStore().requestAccess(for: .contacts) { granted, error in if granted { completionHandler(true) } else { DispatchQueue.main.async { [weak self] in self?.showSettingsAlert(completionHandler) } } } // iOS 18 only case .limited: completionHandler(true) @unknown default: break } } // MARK: - Contact Picker Delegate extension AddEdit_Quote_VC: CNContactPickerDelegate { func contactPicker(_ picker: CNContactPickerViewController, didSelect contact: CNContact) { selectedContactID = contact.identifier let company: String = contact.organizationName let companyText = company == "" ? Problems Publishing with User Tracking
Hello, I'm trying to publish my app, but I'm constantly getting rejected by Apple. They're telling me I'm having issues with tracking user data. This item has been rejected for the following reasons: 5.1.2 Legal: Privacy - Data Use and Sharing I've indicated that I don't use this data for ads, that it's only used for personalization and to understand who saves items. I added the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription property to the info.plist. I run AppTrackingTransparency.requestTrackingAuthorization() when the user logs into the app, displaying a warning message. I'd say I meet all the requirements they've set for me, but they still haven't approved my app. What do you recommend? How can I speak to a physical person who can help me? Thank you very much and best regards.

Issue with App Store Server Notifications V2 - Notification Ordering Problem
We are currently listening to App Store Server Notifications V2 and have encountered an issue with notification ordering. Specifically, there are instances where Apple sends the DID_CHANGE_RENEWAL_STATUS notification before the INITIAL_BUY notification. This leads to a situation where we are unable to process the cancellation of a transaction that is unknown to us at the time of the renewal status change. Could you please clarify why this occurs? If this is a bug, could you kindly address it and implement a fix? Below, I have included examples that illustrate the issue. These examples I obtained using the Notification History API, which may help in troubleshooting. bundleId: com.picsart.studio case 1: originalTransactionId 350002410***633 DID_CHANGE_RENEWAL_STATUS - ‘2025-03-05T00:47:05.900Z’ INITIAL_BUY - ‘2025-03-05T00:47:40.728Z’ case 2: originalTransactionId 420002297***345 DID_CHANGE_RENEWAL_STATUS - ‘2025-03-03T11:43:54.006Z’ INITIAL_BUY - ‘2025-03-03T11:43:56.437Z’ case 3: originalTransactionId 150002224***082 DID_CHANGE_RENEWAL_STATUS - ‘2025-03-02T05:15:36.610Z’ INITIAL_BUY - ‘2025-03-02T05:15:52.666Z’

File/folder Permissions Issues
Currently running 15.5 Beta 3 on a Mac Studio M4. I am unable to read/write to my Home folder from most of my applications. I receive an error basically saying I do not have access rights to the file/folder. If I go to the file directly and open it, it works. I have repaired disk permissions, checked the Sharing & Permissions settings via Get Info, and finally called Apple. Of course, since I am running the beta, the support was quite limited. I will add that I am also unable to open .dmgs that have been downloaded to my Downloads folder. I receive the "The disk image couldn’t be opened. The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted" error. If I copy the .dmg to another drive, I can open it from there.

HomeKit
March 2025. I’ve reached a point where so much about the Apple ecosystem is broken that I have stopped caring. My lights stopped working properly in HomeKit shortly after the last update. They work in the Wiz native app but not HomeKit. Device automations are now spotting and random; bad when they are alarms. When Apple was less, it was more. I have an iPhone 12 and see no reason to upgrade. Why pay a premium for suboptimal products and services. Anyone notice that calls to Apple Support are now fielded by non-professionals? I’ve asked. Just random applicants, typing my question(s) into Safari for solutions. No idea why government is getting cut when private is t any better. Humans are on a downward slope.

Regarding the Issue with URL Scheme Not Working。 Hello, our app on the App Store has the following CFBundleURLTypes configuration: We've discovered that the qmkege:// URL scheme is failing to open the app. Steps to Reproduce: 1、We downloaded the installation package from the App Store 2、Entered qmkege:// in Safari, but it fails to launch our app。 The system logs show the following: Key Observation: This issue is not consistently reproducible. In most cases, when we install the app directly from the App Store (without VPN), it works fine. However, the problem occurs when downloading the app through the App Store while connected via VPN. Looking forward to your feedback.

Request Apple enterprise account renewal failure solution
We are a technical team of a large enterprise whose main business depends on internally developed iOS applications. Our Apple enterprise developer account expires on February 16th, and we filled in the renewal application form before that, but it was rejected by Apple. We contacted the Apple consultant through Apple's official website, and they said that the enterprise department is a separate department, and they could not solve my problem. Later, after efforts, I directly contacted the email address of the enterprise department, and I explained our situation. After their review, the final plan still could not renew, but only extended the use of our P12 certificate, and the maximum extension was one year in the end, so that we can deal with the application that is being distributed by the enterprise as soon as possible. May I ask if there is any better way to successfully renew my account? We only extended the certificate, which is not what we want, but this is the only way at present. If there is a good way to communicate, please check my personal information and have my email address for communication. Thank you all

Affiliate links to external Web store
Hello all. I am currently developing a database app of particular products for people who collect this item. Let's say model airplanes. People can look at their list of model airplanes and also see a collection of airplanes by model companies. I want to offer a link from a product in my app to a local retailer's website who sells this product on their website. Not just their base site, but directly to the products page. Meaning each product in my database will have a unique link to an external product page. This could also include links to Ebay or Amazon if local retailer doesn't sell the product. Is this sort of feature allowed inside App Store Apps as technically it's not an in-app purchase? I do see some vague answers around but none that target this specific circumstance. Thankyou in advance.
